I'll say for the wii. Technically it was a speedrun, but still. If you want to know first LP with commentary that's just a plain ol' LP, that would have been Nakatelelii's Katamari Damacy.

As far as I can remember, it was DeceasedCrab's classic, inaugural video Let's Play of La-Mulana. That was quite some time ago, though.
