While all of those things are obviously what we need to work on... and if I had to put them in an order of importance the comment system would be #1...
I'd like to see the recent video section improved to be more like what Kewlio and I had imaged it would be... the 2 or 3 most recent videos from each member instead of just a big ol' wall of thumbnails.

While I don't really want to relearn the Facebook API (because it is a hideous thing), it would be cool if new playlists and new videos were posted to the FB page

I think I can do this... I seem to recall being able to do it through YouTube.

You know, the more I see the wall of thumbnails, the more I like it. There is something nice knowing that 4 videos just got added and I'm now behind by quite a bit. But I guess YMMV.
