Patchouli is sick of Marisa stealing books from the library, so she has decided it's time to get even: she has stolen Marisa's broom and her prized mini-hakkero (the magic reactor she uses to power Master Spark). Marisa is very much peeved, and heads to the Scarlet Devil Mansion to steal back her stuff.
