I return to the Fisherman's Town, and the Mouse Door therein. After playing their minigame, I get the Minitta Mushroom (so we can change size anytime without going back to the tunnel), and a Golden Star (???).

I also bring some hot water to Kujara Ranch, to create a healing bath.
