Welcome to Shadowrun; an obscure RPG for the SNES based on the tabletop game of the same name; sort of a cyberpunk version of D&D. While it's supposed to be set in Seattle in the year 2050, fantasy elements such as orcs, elves, and magic exist here alongside advanced technology. There are plenty of parallels to The Matrix as well, but Shadowrun actually preceeded the movie by several years.
